About us
Chocolove is a great-tasting, ethically-sourced, European-style premium chocolate that delivers happiness and an exceptional flavor experience for everyone who loves chocolate. Chocolove has been a recognized leader in chocolate quality, sustainability and flavor innovation for more than 25 years, and today offers large chocolate bars, mini bars, cups, bites, boxes, specialty holiday chocolates and small-batch handmade truffles in more than 60 flavors. Chocolove is crafted with love under the supervision of Founder Timothy Moley and European-trained Master Chocolatier Chef Patrick Peeters. Moley opened the doors to Chocolove in Boulder, Colorado, in August 1995 with the goal of creating the freshest, best-tasting, European-style premium chocolate that was priced right. From the beginning, Chocolove wrappers have been unlike any others – colorful, distinct and designed to reflect the thank you letter to Moley that inspired the brand, complete with a love poem printed inside. Moley continues to own and oversee the brand and supervise chocolate-making in Boulder today and remains responsible for ensuring Chocolove’s exceptionally good taste, using a palate developed in a long career as a professional taster.
