We have also expanded into the professions associated with high reliability organizations, resilience engineering, human behavior sciences and more. The widening of the attendee base brings more opportunity to hear new ideas from a wide variety of sources. Continued focus on organizational transformation through shared learning. 10 Question Types to Avoid "Not all questions are created equal." At least that is what our Community member Beth Lay says. A recent publication by 2023 Conference presenter, Marcin Nazaruk, sparked a LinkedIn conversation on "why" questions. According to Marcin, why questions are the #2 type to avoid. The commentator said, "I suspect the issue with the type of 'why' question in this pack has more to do with 'why didn't you'. That implies someone 'should have' or 'could have' which are two red-flag words.
