Yesterday CMHA welcomed Acting Secretary Adrianne Todman to Cincinnati! CEO, Mr. Gregory Johnson and COO, Mrs. Reema Ruberg gave her a tour of Bennett Point, our newest development that was completed in December of 2023. There was also a roundtable discussion with CMHA Directors relating to funding resources and new development and rehabilitation plans!
-
Our newest development, completed in December 2023, is Bennett Point located in the heart of Pendleton! The two buildings that comprise the development offer a variety units, 88% of which are offered at rents attainable to those earning 60 percent of Area Median Income. The remaining units are market rate. This mixture of bedroom types and price points will ensure the development fosters a diverse and inclusive community while also allowing low-income Cincinnatians to take part in the ongoing economic revitalization of Pendleton and the adjacent neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine.
