🎉 Congratulations to Andrew Bahsoun, Carolina Caraballo Vélez, and Kalin Richardson who just completed their 6 week assignment as a part of Ingram Micro's Pre-Internship Program partnership with the CEO Leadership Alliance Orange County (CLAOC)! 🎉 We captured photos of the Pre-Interns in the same spot on both their first and last day of the program, and it’s remarkable to think about how much they’ve learned in the 6 weeks between those two photos. Throughout their time in our program, these Pre-Interns engaged with experts from various areas of our Global Platform Technology organization, leveraging insights gained to propose enhancements for our Xvantage for Customers experience. 💡 We were impressed by their curiosity, proactive approach to maximizing their experience and connections, and the innovative recommendations they developed within the short timeframe they were given. 👏 Shoutout to our team members who contributed to their Pre-Internship experience, including: Thomas Kanflo, Manisha Champaneria, Jeannie Jones, Sydney Nguyen, PHR, Hiren Patel, Carmen Quijada, Ayra Tusneem, Ben Van Neste, Suresh Babu Marimuthu, Abdul Shariq, Lillian Lin, He Ren, Carlos G., Ed Gibbs, Laurent Freby, Tonya Lafontaine, Malik Awan, Devin Heng, Cedric Evans, Gianna Calderon Fortu, Kaitlin Mae Frani, Keslin P., Neel Doshi, and last but not least, our amazing CLAOC partner Franciska Castillo. 🙌 Andrew, Carolina, and Kalin – Thank you for your dedication and commitment to learning during these six weeks.
