We recently experienced a devastating loss, both personally and professionally. Our self proclaimed 'office mom' Katherine Bowes, CFP® passed away unexpectedly. For those of you who engaged with her in any capacity, you know how full of life Kathy was. She put together a very impressive 30 year career in financial services, and likely made a mark far greater than she knew. We learned valuable lessons, in both practice and life that we will surely strive to continue in her honor. To be a friend of hers, it meant receiving kindness in many ways- Kathy showed up for you. She cared about people. Her smile was infectious, as was her ability to laugh at herself. She advocated for clients relentlessly. We are fortunate to have known her and feel inspired to urge you to write that note, or call that friend. Kathy Bowes was truly one of a kind.
