Our CCOC Ambassadors had the pleasure of having Clayton Chamber Foundation Chair Jim Perricone of Partner's Commercial Realty serve as a guest speaker for their session today. Jim gave a very educational and thought-provoking presentation regarding economic development and commercial real estate within Clayton and the greater Triangle Area. Great things are happening in our community and it is great to have the people to educate us on an economic level on how we can continue to help make Clayton a great place to live, work, and play.
