As former Chief People Officer for two public, tech/AI companies, Monica is known for creating and delivering innovative talent strategies in complex environments through approaches anchored in human centered leadership. In addition to her executive roles, Monica has served as a long-time board member with Swedish Health System. Her unique skillset will contribute immensely to the value Clear Coast brings to our portfolio companies. Welcome, Monica!

We are thrilled to welcome Lynne Smith to the Clear Coast Partners Operating Council. Lynne brings a depth of experience in catalyzing business transformation for impact-focused organizations specializing in healthcare, technology, financial services, and social impact. As a Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt and former head of Business Design at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Lynne played a pivotal role in scaling annual Foundation investments from $3.9 to over $8 billion. She joins our growing team of healthcare operators, advocates and capital markets experts who will add tremendous value to our portfolio companies.
