Last week, CMOE's expert facilitator Dr. Steven Stowell led team members from the Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) at Port Hueneme on a journey to solve problems and bring the team together under the banner of teamwork and ultimate success. With the Team Alignment Survey™, Steve was able to help the team figure out not only what their problems are but how to start addressing them.
