Summer is the season of our highest impact! Help us cultivate the remaining $200,000 to grow, feed, and nurture our land and community. 3 months remain in our fiscal year. Between July and September, Coastal Roots Farm will: - Grow 30,000 more pounds of food using regenerative, climate-smart farming. Summer is our peak growing season! Your contribution ensures we can continue to sow our seeds. - Feed 15,000 more people. Each year, the majority (75%) of our harvests are donated to community members in need. The summer season reaches the highest number of people. Your investment ensures we can meet this need. - Inspire 3,000 more youth, our future environmental stewards! More than half of students and campers receive scholarship to attend programs on the Farm. Your donation ensures access for all. Help us close the gap to achieve our greatest impact. Together, we can fight climate change, reduce food insecurity, and inspire young climate activists. Our impact relies on community support. Donate today: https://lnkd.in/gBEA4VMR

The Regenerate! Eco-Performance Fest is officially in the books. Last night's event was an inspiring showcase of original eco-theater, dance, and music by some of California's most exciting, forward-thinking artists. Coastal Roots Farm was proud to partner with The Lipinsky Family San Diego Jewish Arts Fesival to wrap up their season; this unique finale invited guests to engage with the climate crisis through hopeful, joyful, brand-new performances and connect with new friends at the afterparty. Our deep gratitude to Presenting Sponsor Vivien Ressler, program partners The Lipinsky Family San Diego Jewish Arts Fesival and Climate Science Alliance, and our after-party cosponsors at the LAWRENCE FAMILY JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY, plus a huge shoutout to our artists: Playwrights Jose Cruz Gonzales, Carson Becker, Rebecca Joy Fletcher, Haia Bchiri and Ruth Geye; Choreographers Sadie Weinberg and Litvak Dance; Composer Andy Mayer; Directors Partice Amon, Kali Boston, and Doug Oliphant; and Musician Mikey Pauker.
