Our HR Department recently received not one but TWO Gold Awards of Excellence at the Georgia Association of School Personnel Administrators (GASPA) Conference. Talk about impressive! The Substitute Teacher Department was recognized for creating a comprehensive manual and monthly newsletter to keep over 2,300 substitute teachers informed and engaged. Meanwhile, the Systems and Personnel Records Department implemented streamlined digital processes for maintaining personnel files, saving time and physical space. Efficiency at its finest! Keeli Bowen, Chief Human Resources Officer, praised her team's dedication and creativity, saying, "It's an absolute honor to lead a division that is so driven."
