The Compensation Tool is a web-based market pricing tool that was designed to support the day-to-day needs of compensation practitioners through a clean interface with intuitive processes for benchmarking and reporting, with a price point usually less than half of comparable systems. The Compensation Tool is robust enough to support multi-national organizations with tens of thousands of employees and dozens of surveys, though our sweet spot is small to mid-sized organizations with limited budgets that need a tool to manage their surveys and benchmarking. In addition to our market pricing tool that starts at $4,999 per year, the Compensation Tool is offering a free survey management tool for new users.
