CONA Services would like to highlight a recent Value Optimization Workshop in the Procure to Pay space, hosted by Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling. The objective of a Value Optimization (VO) is to gain measurable Bottler value by using the existing CONA system analytics to the best of its capabilities. This specific VO opportunity was unique because it included system-wide collaboration from multiple Bottlers: Coca-Cola Consolidated, Swire Coca-Cola, USA, Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc., Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, and Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales & Services. Exciting final week for CONA Services’ 2024 Intern Class! The crew visited the #WorldofCocaCola where they learned about the history of the brand, experienced exhibits, and sampled beverages from around the world. Later in the week, they had the opportunity to present their capstone projects to company leaders, which included their overall learnings and day-to-day experience with the CONA team. A great way to wrap up the 10-week program with some incredible students.
