In case you missed the news, we are proud to be the leasing agents for River Valley Logistics Center, a $117 million industrial park from NorthPoint Development. This project, located in Maryland Heights, features three warehouses totaling 1.15 million square feet. There has been great progress made thus far, with earthwork and footings complete, and slabs being poured. In recognition of #NationalSafetyMonth, we've been hard at work intensifying our overall safety program, conducting extensive employee safety training, and upgrading Personal Protective Equipment. 🦺 Weekly Toolbox Talks and safety meetings are being completed with an emphasis on heat stress and employees completed an 8-hour Confined Space Rescue course. We have also supplied each of our employees with new type II hard hats which provide much greater protection to our most valuable resources, our people. #Contegra #ConstructionwithIntegrity #SafetywithIntegrity
