The Conway Regional Patient Navigation Center ensures our patients receive the care and support they need even after they leave our hospital. Each time Lisa Hammers was discharged from Conway Regional, she received a follow-up call from Ronda Brothers, RN, at the Patient Navigation Center. Throughout all three hospitalizations, Ronda consistently supported Lisa's recovery, providing any assistance she needed. "Her encouraging calls on behalf of the Patient Navigation Center were helpful during my recovery. We have been using Conway Regional Hospital for over 30 years, and this follow-up process with patients is simply one more reason Conway Regional is the only choice for my family," said Lisa. Join us in welcoming Shirisha Ale, MD, to Conway Regional Medical Center, where she will serve as a hospitalist. Dr. Ale completed her internal medicine residency at Saint Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 2021. She has also served as a core faculty member for the UAMS-Baptist Internal Medicine Residency Program. As a hospitalist, she will manage and coordinate all aspects of care for hospitalized individuals with a multidisciplinary team approach.
