Our fight for racial justice
We recognize that we all share a responsibility to effect change in our fight for racial justice. We commit to publicly sharing and maintaining accountability for Cooley’s progress and to work toward systemic change within the firm, the broader industry and our communities. “Convos With Cooley” was introduced in honor of Black History Month. It's an unscripted series where Cooley’s Black leaders and friends of the firm discuss the topics that matter most to members of our community.
