As we begin our State Parks Expansion TI project, let’s take a moment to revisit our previous collaboration with State Parks! This project featured 320,000 SF of museum archival storage with climate control zones, along with support offices, a laboratory, wood/metal shop spaces, high piled storage, and Fleet Services parking and staging. Creekside is delighted to team up with Hospitality House-Community Shelter in Grass Valley for our latest project. Hospitality House is dedicated to making a real difference in our community. As we work together on this project, we’re excited to enhance the Sierra Guest Home facility by adding 8 new bedrooms and 2 ADU apartments, alongside remodeling and expanding the existing kitchen. These improvements will help create a more welcoming and supportive environment, perfectly aligning with our shared commitment to building community. This project supports Hospitality House's vital mission to provide pathways to permanent housing. By expanding their capacity, we aim to assist them in offering essential resources and compassionate care to those transitioning from homelessness. Our collective effort will help foster a space where dignity, hope, and opportunity can truly flourish. Demolition work at our new building in Gold River is officially underway! 🔨🚧 The construction team (not to be confused with a few members of Visions’ Business Services team in the first photo 😉) has been busy ripping out old carpet, tearing down walls, and mapping out our new offices and learning spaces. We still have lots of work to do, but we’re on our way! Thank you Creekside Commercial Builders, Inc. for your supervision and guidance through this project. We can’t wait to move into our new space! 🏢
