Reflecting on an incredible week at the Crunch Convention, I’m filled with pride and gratitude for our amazing team. We were honored with awards for Highest Presale Club NMUs, Highest Member Count - Club, our 2024 No Limits Award, and Highest Total Revenue. Seeing our team’s dedication and hard work recognized means the world to me. These accolades are a testament to their relentless drive as we continue our growth and expansion. Last year, we added 17 locations, achieving record-high revenues. Previously, the most we had done in a year was 12. 2023 marked our biggest year of growth and the largest growth for any Crunch franchise—an achievement we are incredibly proud of and were happy to celebrate at this year’s convention! During the convention, I also had the opportunity to present on a panel in front of all attendees and engage in meaningful conversations about the future of the fitness industry. Connecting with so many industry leaders and fellow franchisees made it a truly memorable experience. We’re taking the lessons learned and the inspiration gained from this week as we strive to set new standards in the fitness industry. Last night's Christmas in July Member Parties at all our CR Fitness locations were a fantastic way to get into the holiday spirit and wrap up an amazing month for our company! We had a wonderful time celebrating with our members and Perks Partners, and it was truly heartwarming to see our community come together. Seven years ago I accepted a part time Front Desk position at Crunch Bloomingdale. Unbeknownst to me this was the start of the greatest journey of my life! Over the past seven years I have grown in so many ways - as an employee, a leader, a friend, a mentor, and a manager! When I joined the Crunch team I never envisioned myself running a club and leading the teams I’ve worked with to the successes that we have had! I have been challenged in so many ways that have allowed for personal and professional growth. Everyday I learn new things from the amazing group of people that I work with at Crunch Fitness. Being 1% better everyday is the motto that I live by! I am so incredibly grateful for all of the friendships, relationships and mentors I have gained through this journey from our members and the teams I’ve worked with.
