    Join our team as a Field Service Supervisor responsible for overseeing and managing School Crossing Guards in Camden/Gloucester County! We are seeking a self-motivated and dependable individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, possess strong communication skills, and have supervisory experience. Basic computer skills are also desired. This position requires reliable transportation and access to a computer. Responsibilities: -Supervising and managing all aspects of School Crossing Guards in Camden/Gloucester County. -Ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members. -Providing support and guidance to Crossing Guards as needed. -Maintaining records and reports as required. Qualifications: -Enjoyment of working with people and strong communication skills. -Great position for people with Public Safety or Education experience -Reliable transportation and access to a computer. -Availability for shifts both before and after school. -Supervisory experience preferred. -Basic computer skills required. Benefits: -Competitive pay for an engaging and fulfilling role. -Refferal program -No nights, weekends, or holidays required. -$25.00 per hour. -6-hour shifts per day, Monday through Friday, on school days only. Our company specializes in providing reliable, trained crossing guards to ensure the safety of pedestrians at intersections and school crossings. We handle all aspects of hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll, so you can focus on other important tasks.
