    There's something really interesting happening at Cubitac that I want to share. We can see how the market and economy are trending based on the orders coming in. With years of experience in this field and a team of seasoned veterans who have worked at other companies, we're keenly aware of the average order price in our industry. Lately, we've been seeing single kitchen orders that are three to four times higher than the expected average price in this niche. What's even more surprising is that, despite our expectations to sell more within our competitive niche, a significant portion of our business is actually coming from higher-end clients. These clients were likely considering purchasing much more expensive custom kitchens, but they saw our products and found them attractive enough to choose instead. A combination of the economic conditions and simply loving our products has made them happy to satisfy their design needs with what we offer. This unexpected surge in our average order size speaks volumes about the strength of our brand and the trust our customers have in us. It emphasizes the importance of maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation, especially in challenging economic times. I'm truly grateful that people are recognizing the value we offer. It demonstrates that achieving your dream kitchen doesn't have to come with a hefty price tag. We remain steadfast in our commitment to delivering exceptional products, both in terms of design and durability.

    We keep climbing… It’s exciting to have major kitchen retailers reach out to us for our products. There were so many months and even years when we felt like giving up on pursuing these accounts. However, our new products really seem to be hitting the mark as they roll into kitchens nationwide. An interesting thing I’ve noticed is that as larger companies pick up our products, our company’s production keeps upgrading. How’s that? It’s simple: these companies keep requesting high-end customizations that we hadn’t done until now. The ideas and creativity are amazing. As each of these new ideas comes in, we head back to our shops to figure them out and make them perfect for our clients. In this process, our company, Cubitac, is growing, learning, and expanding its breadth of knowledge. It’s unbelievable and inspiring to see how our team figures it all out. To our new client, we are truly humbled by your trust in us. We are dedicated to fulfilling each order to meet your expectations. Cubitac is reaching for the top, and we’re just getting started!

    Thank you!! As we wrap up the final orders before our Passover break, there are some thoughts I want to share. What a season this has been, a complete whirlwind! From the booming KBIS show to our rebrand, the renewed energy and collaboration at Cubitac has truly lifted us to another level. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude to god for helping us get to this point, and for gifting us with a team, where each and every one of them are fully invested in our new mission and message, to successfully create the rock solid company we strive for. Most of all, I cannot thank our valued customers enough. For those of you who have stuck by us and believed in us even in our hard times, and for giving us a second chance, a truly priceless opportunity. It is only because of you and your trust in us that we have gained this momentum, reaching for the top. The new products are flying off our stocked shelves fulfilling countless orders, a new high for us at Cubitac. So, thank you again for sticking by us! Though I usually post Tuesdays I will not be doing so next Tuesday due to our holiday. I look forward to reconnecting with you, my LinkedIn family, and cheerleaders the following Tuesday, May 7th.     Last week I shared some insight into how we refocused and shifted our mindset internally, with the mantra “For the People”. Yet, the real impact lies in the external effect. Dealing with large companies can be so frustrating! I’ve personally experienced countless unpleasant phone conversations with a call center representative. Or, you tell me in the comments, what was the longest you ever waited on hold with one company or the other? That’s why it's important to me that the interactions with Cubitac contribute positively to your day. Whether it's a warm greeting or a salesperson going above and beyond, our goal remains the same, to ensure each moment is “For the People”, centered around you! To achieve this we’ve implemented programs and initiatives, previously discussed, to take the headache off the end user and the dealers. Our Customer Care allows for a one phone call solution, getting things done without the hassle of running after dealers, and dealers running after us. The Cubitac Mobile Team that leads this initiative, focuses on both the dealers and the end users. They provide display management & setup care for the dealers, and will come down to do the repairs and replacements for the end users as well. (https://lnkd.in/eFPq_c2t) While we do uphold company policies, we also recognize individual circumstances, and provide maximum flexibility to service and provide solutions for your personal taste and need. Moreover, our unlimited colors and customizations ensure that every customer can create their desired kitchen without compromise. I recently came across a post by Joel Freund, where he compared customer service and the customer experience, noting that the customer experience is proactive, and customer service is reactive. This resonated deeply with me! At Cubitac, we aim to incorporate a superior customer experience, from the first phone call to every subsequent interaction. Regardless of questions or challenges that arise, our goal is to evoke feelings of positivity and productivity. Ultimately, it's about embodying 'For the People' in every possible way, ensuring that your journey with Cubitac is nothing short of exceptional."

    KBIS- DAY 2 The energy here on the KBIS show floor is contagious. The interactions, the people and the creativity is incredible, but what’s even more amazing is the reaction to our new products. It’s worth every minute invested, every struggle and each setback. To put it simply, they love it. Our booth delivers on our message to the tee, and that’s the feedback we are getting. There are no dizzying distractions and no gimmicks. It’s a clear and precise showcasing of what we said it would be. Product. People. Innovation. The advanced new technologies and programs we have built, is creating excitement amongst dealers because of how much it simplifies the process. MyCubitac designers, has found a sweet spot with interior designers. They are super intrigued with the simplicity of creating and uploading a design that can then be sent to a dealer of their choice, all while being rewarded through our program. I keep being approached by vendors, designers and customers who appreciate doing business without diversions. After all, this is why they came, to bring value home to their consumers.
