The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Customer Experience Hub gives a warm welcome to one of our newest Spoke members, PatientLink and MyLinks! 👏 As a Spoke for the network, PatientLink and MyLinks uses its unique capabilities to accelerate better health for all. In particular, PatientLink and MyLinks is a leader in patient engagement software. Their diverse product line allows patients to share information using a platform that is comfortable to them. From very simple paper forms which convert their answers to send structured data into EHRs or research databases, to applications that run on any mobile device or smart phone, PatientLink and MyLinks has what you need to engage your patients and gather the information you need. They also work very closely with health organizations, universities, researchers, and the government to customize products to meet their exact needs. With the increasing use of EHRs and the ability for patients to gather and share their data, PatientLink and MyLinks developed ResearchLink to enable researchers to receive accurate data from the EHR without having to manually enter it into eCRFs, registries, or other research databases. Government mandates require EHRs and providers to give patients their data via FHIR applications (like MyLinks). PatientLink and MyLinks also enables patients to easily share other data (PROs, Adverse Events, questionnaire responses, etc.) with researchers. Their “Smart Health Data Mapping API” accurately maps data pulled from the EHR, providing an EHR agnostic platform to allow data to flow from any EHR to the eCRF and in the data format needed by the receiving system.
