There's a rise on cybercrime and surprisingly being a young adult and tech savvy doesn't make you automatically safe from being #attacked. The panel discussion which featured cybersecurity experts, including Joshua Moses was based on the need to #sensitize youth about cybercrimes, how they can fall victims, and #solutions that could help them defend themselves. Also, it marked as the official reveal of CyberFlex, a platform which has been designed, based on the preferences of the target audience, with the aim of raising #awareness and #educating users about cybercrimes and easy defenses. Our Cyber Threat Alliance member NTT believes that collaboration and sharing are crucial in our fight against cyber threats. From Jeremy Nichols, Director of Global Threat Intelligence: As budgets and staffing tightens, we encourage teams to evaluate joining Information Sharing and Analysis Centers, intelligence sharing communities, or collaboration efforts. These can often provide organizations with high quality insights and actionable intelligence at a lower price than one or many commercial threat intelligence feeds. The added benefit is that most allow real time analyst collaboration to gain additional viewpoints and intuition from others across the intelligence community. Our membership in these alliances and collaborative efforts – such as the Cyber Threat Alliance – provides several advantages that enable us to accelerate our research, expand our visibility and ultimately better protect our customers. We strongly encourage teams to investigate participating – whether you’re a small organization looking to bolster your own efforts or a large corporation looking to make a difference in the global fight against cybercrime. https://lnkd.in/g5revRu7 #cybersecurity #threatintelligence #strongertogether #collaboration #CISO #cyber
