“Back to One” (2002) is a comedic short film, staring Ray Jarrell and Stacia Crawford, that gives a “behind-the-scenes” look at the world of “background artists” - commonly known as extras. Thank you to everyone who was a part of this process and made it a blast to create. Check out our website to see the whole film and more info! #flashback

For this week’s installation of #flashbackfriday, we wanted to highlight a film we made in collaboration with Earl Mosley Diversity of Dance during the height of the pandemic to celebrate the powerful impact of community. Featuring Matthew Rushing’s choreography from the 2018 Hearts of Men showcase, we wanted to thank the the incredible compassion of essential workers and the heros that kept us safe and filled us with hope through those trying times. We are very excited to hear that the incredible Hearts of Men intensive is returning this month in partnership with Ailey Extension! #HOM is an inspiring program created by Earl Mosley, Dudley Williams, Clifton Brown and Matthew Rushing to provide a safe space where men and nonbinary/gender-nonconforming individuals could come together to share life experiences through the power of movement.
