Real Estate (the same group behind the development of One River North) is pleased to announce the opening of The Broadleaf, a mixed-use residential development located within Fitzsimons Village, across from the Anschutz Medical Campus. Last Friday, the University of New Mexico Hospital Behavioral Health Crisis Center celebrated its ribbon cutting. This new facility, a joint project between UNM Hospital and Bernalillo County, will expand access to psychiatric and behavioral health care in New Mexico. We are humbled to have worked with McCLAIN-YU Architecture to bridge the gap in the continuum of care available to behavioral health patients in New Mexico.

Now in the home stretch, we are thrilled to see the much-needed Vail Health Precourt Healing Center nearing completion. The only facility of its kind between Grand Junction and the Denver Metro area, the Precourt Healing Center will provide much-needed behavioral health services for underserved mountain communities. https://lnkd.in/g86MXGzj

Another project is on its way. Davis Partnership Architects partnered with WellPower to support their work providing treatment, prevention, outreach, and crisis services to children, families, and adults in our community with a new 60-unit permanent supportive housing project. This is our second effort with WellPower. It’s an honor to be a part of this important work.
