Creating a world where the best treatment is possible for every person.

About us

DDBH aims to create a world where the best treatment is possible for every person. To do great work, our teams must work together towards one collective goal: to help HCPs and caregivers deliver the quality care their patients need. DREAM DDB Health reimagines what’s possible in the lives of our patients, asks tough questions to achieve the best result, and works to become experts across many disease states. DARE A bold approach takes our problem solving to a whole new level. A foundation based on teamwork dares to put creative work up to the challenge, and a team to support the work from start to finish. CARE Finding inventive ways to understand our partnerships with patients, HCPs, and caregivers can help us establish an empathetic approach to everything we do. There’s no limit to what we can dream up. We believe that heath can’t wait and that’s why we dare to do boldly.

From the first day of summer to Pride Month, there’s everything under the sun to celebrate in June. Attending one of the many pride parades across the country is one way we celebrate and honor the riots at Stonewall Inn, which broke down barricades and paved the way towards LGBTQ+ rights that we recognize today. At DDB Health, Dream Dare and Care captures our approach to the commitment to supporting communities around us, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. Happy June! 🥳

After generations of suffering, the practice of owning slaves in America was deemed illegal. But even after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed into law in January of 1863 by Abraham Lincoln, it wasn’t until a federal order in June of 1865 that officially freed 250,000 slaves across the region. June 19 is important for us all—a day that celebrates the official end of the practice of slavery following the Civil War. We celebrate Juneteenth and recognize the roots in Galveston, Texas, highlighting the message of freedom, and acknowledge the years of struggle impacting the Black community. Many Black Americans were directly impacted by the federal order. We encourage our teams and communities to learn more about the holiday and participate in local celebrations. #Juneteenth

As the month of May comes to a close, take some deep breaths. 😮💨 May is Mental health Awareness Month. It comes around every year and serves as a reminder to care for your mental health as if it were a muscle. Do the things that make you feel clear headed: take deep, calming breaths before and after a moment of stress and find a community of people to reach out to when the going gets tough. DDB health encourages the use of Wellness Days to take the day to breathe and mentally recharge. Friday MyDay and Summer Fridays are another great way that our teams limit meetings to allow for a quick, recharging Yoga session or taking a walk outside. 🧘🏽♀️ There are many ways to overcome a difficult time. What are some ways or strategies you use to maintain good mental health? #DaretoDoBoldly
