Yesterday, TCDIP hosted "Mastering the Art of Managing Up" with Kate Germano from Fringe Professional Development. We extend our gratitude to Kate for sharing valuable insights on managing up with supervisors and using a client-service mindset to become trusted resources who anticipate needs and solve problems. Kate covered key steps for developing awareness, building trust, selecting communication styles, and reframing relationships with supervisors and teammates, while emphasizing the importance of emotional intelligence. Thank you, Kate, for this incredible lesson, and thank you to the Minnesota State Bar Association for sponsoring and hosting this CLE!
