A way to tame donor document processing with the industry's most advanced solution for Raiser's Edge NXT

Who should know about ReceipterPro™ and why? Raiser's Edge users should know about ReceipterPro™ software for Raiser's Edge NXT by Blackbaud. This solution takes 3rd party receipting/acknowledging to a level not attained by any other 3rd party solution available. I know this is true as I have been searching the net for almost 6 years looking for one, and, a prospective client emailed me that performing due diligence in researching our solution, she could not find a competitor! Here is the reason - our CEO, developed ReceipterPro™ over a 2 year period, spending near half of his development time on creating the User Interface that is unusually simple yet powerful. There are few developers like our CEO in the world, who are capable of single-handedly develop such a powerful software solution. Blackbaud asked him to demonstrate ReceipterPro™ to a live audience of 2,400 Raiser's Edge users just over 2 years ago during COVID as they were retiring the Mail Merge operation from their Azure (cloud) environment. From that event, we grew enough to expand our DonorTek LLC company, and we are still growing. The better news is that we made enough profit to fund ongoing development of our solution that is making it process over 3 times faster as well as pay for new feature development. How about our oldest clients that are paying around the same amount on our software as when they started with us when all we did was process gift receipts? They are very happy as they keep getting feature enhancements and the cost has been stable. How do our clients benefit? Great question - I'm glad I asked! Here is one of my favorite examples -- processing Reissues... When the dog eats the receipt and the constituent calls the charitable organization using Raiser's Edge/ReceipterPro™, the usual route is to find their gift in Raiser's Edge and remove the mark that makes it Receipted, so it is now unreceipted. Next, run a query to process that gift (again), and email it if they know how, or print it and mail it. I was told this process takes 30-60 minutes. Using our solution, it takes 1 to 2 minutes and the receipt can be automatically stamped as DUPLICATE or REISSUED. Multiply 30 - 60 minutes each times all the reissues you had to process last year, and multiply that number times $20 per hour average wage to process the receipt and see how much that costs your organization as opposed to using ReceipterPro™. Would you be interested in on-screen approvals so you don't spend at least one dollar for each letter you print so it can be approved? There are some who will be impacted a lot and some impacted not so much. One of my talents is that I'm a "big picture guy" and I wanted to let you know that I am available to discuss possible letter processing issues you might experience this season. Two years ago when Blackbaud was getting ready to pull the Mail Merge core function, you lost the ability to process batches and had to process Raiser's Edge Queries that you had to download and deal with manually. Some small companies made available applications that let you run a local merge on the query results. Our clients were able to continue processing batches, and in a way nobody else could do.
