Excited to share a heartwarming moment at our facility! Our Production Manager Kimmi Roehrborn has been doing an amazing job teaching Nicholas, a neurodivergent associate from Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin how to use a piece of equipment on our hidden lid switch assembly line. Nicholas is new to manufacturing, and we're thrilled to have the opportunity to work with him and support his growth. As you can see from his face, one of the biggest things our basics to manufacturing program gives graduates is confidence in their abilities. A big thank you to DSAW for making this possible. Together, we're cultivating an inclusive and supportive workplace!
