Hemp extract and adaptogens help our body adapt to stress, heighten energy, and boost endurance. When we undergo stress, our bodies release a hormone called cortisol, responsible for things like our ‘fight or flight’ response (think higher blood pressure, quicker pulse, tenser muscles).
