September is Suicide Prevention Month, and we are proud to recognize R U OK? Day. R U OK? Day is an initiative that raises mental health awareness, reduces stigma, and supports suicide prevention by encouraging regular conversations and asking a simple question: Are you okay? This year’s R U OK? Day theme is “Ask R U OK? Any Day because life happens every day.” We’re grateful for this opportunity to reflect on the importance of mental health and the power of meaningful connections to help people through difficult times. #DynoNobelProud #ruokanyday
