Edgility Consulting is proud to welcome Taylor (Rifkin) Bostock from Bostock Education Consulting to the team as our newest Principal. Edgility Co-founder and Managing Partner Christina Legg Greenberg welcomes Taylor with this special reflection: "Almost a decade ago, I had been managing my own recruitment and talent consulting business successfully for over four years when I looked up and decided it was time to find a partner. I loved the work supporting clients and engaging with candidates, I really enjoyed the part-time contractors I got to work with, and I didn't mind most of the business details - but I was seeking a more permanent sense of team, deeper collaboration, and thought partnership. After considering a few different options, I connected with Allison Wyatt and together we decided to join forces and launch Edgility. When I first connected with Taylor Bostock this spring, I recognized a lot of myself in her - where she was in terms of leading her business, how much she loved working closely with clients to serve their talent needs, and what she was seeking in terms of team collaboration and partnership. I am thrilled that she has decided to bring her practice in-house to Edgility, by joining us as a principal on the search team this summer. I cannot wait to see the impact - and fun! - we can have together in the months and years to come. Please join me in welcoming Taylor to our team!" You can get to know Taylor on our team page here: https://hubs.ly/Q02JQyQ80

Put your values to work. Act on equity.
About us
People are what matters most in almost every field — especially in social impact organizations. Yet default practices reinforce existing structures, costing organizations the genius and diversity they need. Edgility does more than run executive searches — we help organizations bring practice and structure into alignment with values. We look at the data, ask the tough questions and—when we need to—disrupt the status quo. We’ve learned that real change can’t come from relying on the same systems and “best practices” that got us here in the first place. Our clients want to live up to their values, but it’s not always easy to know where to start. They need a trusted guide to get there. We walk them through an equity-driven process focused on finding, hiring and retaining exceptional leaders, developing transparent compensation programs, and building inclusive environments where employees thrive. This is the new standard. And we challenge everyone to meet us here.
