Egal is 3 years old this week!! 🎉 🎂 In these 3 years we have built manufacturing capabilities in both India and China. We have completed pilots in 1,700+ 🎒 schools, we are in 50+ library 📚districts, in stadiums 🏟️ in both the UK & US, and in some of the largest airports 🛫 in the world. Our product is available in the US, Canada, UK and soon South Africa, Japan and the Middle East. We have launched with national distributors such as Staples, Grainger, Office Depot, W.B. Mason Company Inc., ISG, phs Group, and many others. We have managed this all with less than $3 million raised by friends, family and angel investors (and an amazing team !!). 🧡 By placing period products that look like toilet paper 🧻 directly in the stall, we're sending a clear message: 🗣️ #menstruation is a natural, normal part of life that deserves to be acknowledged and accommodated without shame or secrecy. Here are the facts: - #Menstruation is different for everyone, but bleeding generally lasts for 2-8 days during a #menstrualcycle. - Cycle lengths also vary from #menstruator to menstruator, and are usually anywhere from 21-35 days long (not an exact month long). - Some period irregularity is completely normal! Especially for younger menstruators, cycles may start longer and more irregular, then may shorten and become more regular with age. So no, it's not an exact science.
