The newest innovation from Elior North America, Mezze Table is a Greek leaning Mediterranean concept featuring loaded pitas, fresh flavors, and better for you ingredients. Fitting to be discussing the week of The Culinary Institute of America -Menus of Change Conference; this concept is vegan by default and plant forward. But don't worry you can add your favorite standard proteins as well for a custom bite you will love! This was one of my favorite projects so far to create.
