Our team of designers worked closely with the foodservice operator to seamlessly integrate fresh design elements that reflect its brand in the recently revamped cafe. Through detailed visualizations, our clients were able to envision the aesthetic transformations, such as the installation of the innovative gantries above each concept. We also implemented further enhancements to the foodservice layout, optimizing operational efficiency. We're delighted to have had the opportunity to be involved in the entire project journey -- from render to reality.

We’re thrilled to share our work on Morrissey Hall, the new food hall in the old Boston Globe building! Our team at elite|studio e designed both the front and back of house areas to serve 500 people, featuring a standout 1,000-pound brick oven for pizza. We also installed sleek, vertical glass food protectors and “grow your own herb” cabinets. Proud of our team’s careful planning and execution!
