Mid-Summer Check In Part 2: The Emma Bowen Conference! Just wow, wow, wow! I can’t even give enough thanks to the Emma Bowen Foundation for how gratefullllll I am to attend this conference. They put on such a fulfilling conference and you can tell they all care about you! It has been such an amazing time in New York. I’ve learned from industry professionals on so much. The need to learn how to pivot, how to be a jack of all trades, and what it takes to not give up. When I wasn’t learning, I was connecting. Getting to meet the amazing superstars that are Emma Bowen fellows is just such a blessing! I was so happy to be in a room full of people who looked like me, had a passion for media like me, and just had a hunger to succeed. Thank you to Warner Bros. Discovery and Hearst for hosting us!
