Here at EnableUtah we give all our trainees a paid job and the training needed to complete it! 🎯 We have two main ways of doing so: 1️⃣ Paid In-House Job Training: Participants work on many diverse contracts for local businesses while earning a performance-based wage! 2️⃣ Supported Community-Based Employment: EnableUtah job coaches personally work with the participants to find a meaningful and perfectly fitting job for them in the community! Our job coaches and case managers work with participants to ensure all their needs are met and that they are well taken care of while working. #nonprofit #disability #nonprofitorganization #disabilityinclusion #nonprofitwork

What do we do with the money made on tickets from the Diamond Rio concert on August 17th? 100% of funds received go to providing scholarships for new clients here at EnableUtah. Not only do you get to enjoy the amazing band Diamond Rio, but you also get to help people with disabilities! Our goal is to have a place for everyone that has a disability here in Utah. That is only possible through these events and our amazing sponsors! #diamondrioband #disability #disabilityawareness #disability #diamondrioband #nonprofitorganization #nonprofit

Rick Tucker has worked with EnableUtah for over 16 years! During this time, he has worked in a variety of positions with us, starting on the production floor and now working on the janitorial contract at the Driver’s License Division (DLD). Originally, Rick was placed in a job at Firehouse Subs, where his job was unfortunately eliminated after two years due to changes in management. However, he bounced back quickly, and after starting at the DLD, Rick has proven to be a reliable, strong, and hard-working individual who takes great pride in his work. Over the last year, Rick has shown tremendous improvement through the help of the community employment team at Enable and continues to impress us each shift he works. Rick has a positive and fun personality and gets along with others easily, especially if they are willing to poke a little fun at each other. He now works twice as many hours as before and completes all his work independently, showing huge progress in his journey with Enable. #disability #nonprofitorganization #disabilityinclusion #nonprofit #nonprofitwork
