The Senior Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-level customer service and technical support to clients. This role involves handling complex customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance to end users who are participating in live training sessions, townhalls and stakeholder meetings.  Additionally, the Senior Support Specialist will also be the point of contact for escalations and/or customers that frequently need additional training and may also be required to deliver the training content.   The Senior Support Specialist will also collaborate with other departments and team members to improve service processes and contribute to the overall success of software “Go Live” timelines. Juneteenth became a federal holiday on June 17, 2021 when President Joe Biden signed into law the Juneteenth National Independence Day Act. Juneteenth celebrates the emancipation of enslaved African American people in the United States in 1865 when the Emancipation Proclamation became widely enforced throughout the country. At Epiphany, we appreciate the differences and unique traits and characteristics of our people and celebrate what makes everyone special.

On this Father’s Day, we would like to show our appreciation and gratitude to all of our employees who are fathers, all of our Clients who are fathers, and all those who are father like figures. Father's traditionally have a provider and protector role, as well as playing an important part in a child's daily life and activities What is one of your favorite memories growing up with your father or father figure?

With people being the heart of our business, we're always excited to attend conferences and events that allow us to network with new people. Recently, our CEO, CSDO, and VP of Business Development attended an event for Applied Self Direction. They had a great time learning about the evolution of self direction and care, and meeting new healthcare providers.

June is Pride Month - created to recognize the significance of the Stonewall Uprising in 1969. It continues today with celebrations that recognize the contributions and culture of the LGBTQIA+ community.   At Epiphany, we appreciate the differences and unique traits and characteristics of our people and being their authentic selves.
