Thanks to all who made our 2023 Moondance Gala unforgettable! Standout moments: 1. Gala Co-Chairs & our director Jen Mergel conferred the Charles Eliot Vision Award to EA-Co-founder Jeryl Oristaglio (center) 2. Board and staff of the Richard and Susan Smith Family Foundation announced their $5 Million Leadership Gift to realize our largest park project with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation on the Esplanade: Charlesbank Landing. Seen here with project architect Maryann Thompson (center) 3. Park & culture lovers enjoyed amazing food, music, company & energy throughout Moondance & After Dark! The outpouring of generosity for the event raised $3.7 Million overall for the Esplanade Association operations as well as for Charlesbank Landing. Our sincere thanks to all for their contributions, and ongoing commitment to increase care, access & joy on Boston's iconic riverfront! #MoondanceGala #EsplanandeAfterDark #EsplanadeAssociation #ThankYou 💚 📸: Lindsay Ahern, Elevin Studios

Summer is still here, and so is the opportunity to give back to the Esplanade! Your donation will help support the iconic summer views you come to see. This season the park is filled with sunbathers on the docks, picnickers along the river’s edge, and others enjoying the natural surroundings of the lagoons and river.
