At the conference, ELC will host a series of networking, recruitment, and brand activations to excite and inspire the next generation of leaders in advance of the NBMBAA’s 45th Annual Conference & Exposition. Last year, ELC shared the exposition floor with 250+ companies to conduct 44 onsite interviews that helped strengthen our talent pipeline and increase awareness of our portfolio of prestige brands.
