Our story
Wemimo Abbey and Samir Goel built Eusus on the premise that where you come from, the color of your skin, and your financial identity should never determine where you end up in life. Credit is the lifeline to the US financial system, yet 45M+ Americans lack credit scores, and millions more are marginalized due to their background, race, and zip code. Our mission is to bridge the racial wealth gap through the power of data. We're building the tools needed to do so for every renter and property.

In only the first 4 months of the partnership between BH and Esusu, 6,400+ residents saw improvements to their credit scores (making 671 points the average credit score), and another 101 established credit scores for the first time. BH is continuing to expand its partnership with Esusu and bring rent reporting to more properties and residents.
