    Meet Kyle Sosa, Etumos Marketing Operations Consultant, who combined a passion for tech and marketing into a thriving career. After starting in customer support, he quickly mastered Salesforce and MarTech, rising to the top. Now at Etumos, he's constantly learning, perfecting his craft, with fun and humor along the way! Can you tell us a little about your background and how you got started in marketing operations? I studied Marketing & Information Systems/Information Technology in college and somehow wanted to combine my passion for marketing and interest in learning technology. I landed a job in customer support and got exposed to Salesforce, which eventually led me to a role helping oversee my company's MarTech stack. From there, my career into marketing operations skyrocketed as I learned Marketo and all things marketing operations from a great team. What do you enjoy most about working with our team? I have learned more in my two years at Etumos than in any role before. Our team is flat out smart, has great industry experience, and makes a pointed effort to share their knowledge and learnings with everyone on the team. What more could you want in trying to become a better marketing operations professional? What does a typical day look like for you? I usually will work with our clients in the morning and pop in my headphones in the afternoon to go heads down on some work. Somewhere in there I find some time to eat, hang out with my family, and oversee my grass growing efforts. How do you stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in MOPs? After cutting through all the noise on LinkedIn, I believe there are some great innovations and ideas being shared on the platform. I don't necessarily agree with everything that's being suggested, but I do think it's important to hear the various arguments for each side of the coin. Can you share a fun fact or something people might not know about you?
