Evidence-Based Associates is an experienced group of talented, dedicated professionals, who specialize in implementing and managing programs that address the unique needs of high-risk youth. From program development to clinical implementation to evaluation, Evidence-Based Associates can help leaders in child-serving public agencies navigate the complex challenges of implementing evidence-based programs and to obtain successful outcomes. Our team of experts provides guidance and technical assistance to help stakeholders and decision-makers: * Assess the needs of youth in their care * Identify appropriate, evidence-based solutions to address those needs * Ensure high-quality implementation of evidence-based programs with strict fidelity to the program models * Monitor performance standards * Ensure that programs achieve successful outcomes Our Mission: To facilitate reform in state-based, juvenile justice systems through the use of performance-based contracts in order to reduce costs and improve outcomes. Our Vision: To support reform for 10,000 youth within the judicial system by 2020.
