Looking back on our August Aspen Executive Seminar, which came to a close last Friday, we celebrate another cohort of leaders heading back into the world after a week of reflection and growth. Surrounded by space, ideas, and diversity of experience, it was a week to find commonalities, yes, but moreover to better articulate individual leadership values within each leader who joined us through dialogue with each other.
