Like others, we have a limit to the number of requests we can make to Shopify's API in any certain period of time. This results in having to compete with our proprietary feature, Question Stream™, which is also making requests to the Shopify API. Using Elixir, the programming language that Fairing is built on top of, we've found ways to navigate around that problem and ensure that our LTV Analytics tool provides accurate data and accurate insights.
