Join Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA - The Tech Bar) for a CLE presented by the Wireline Committee and the FCBA Regional Chapters on Wednesday, March 20 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. ET entitled FCC’s Recent Digital Discrimination Order and FNPRM and Related State Activities. FCC representatives, public interest speakers, and speakers representing broadband carriers across regulated industries will provide an overview of the key takeaways from the Order and provide practical tips on implementation and compliance. The seminar will also include a multi-faceted discussion of the various appeals of the Order as well as commentary on state efforts to codify parallel state regulations.

The Women’s Leadership Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA - The Tech Bar) is pleased to present the Fifth Annual Women’s Summit Series!   Session I will be an in-person event on Tuesday, February 13 from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. ET hosted by Google, 25 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, 9th Floor, Washington, DC. The event will feature a keynote address from a special guest and a panel discussion moderated by FCBA President Diane (Griffin) Holland, including Dean Lisa Crooms, Howard University School of Law; Dean Twinette Johnson, UDC David A. Clarke School of Law; and Dean Renee Hutchins, University of Maryland Carey Law. They will be exploring recent law and policy challenges affecting the pipeline from law school to the legal profession, and related issues at the intersection of technology and equity. The event will conclude with a reception from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.   Session II, Investing in Innovative and Inclusive Leaders, will be an in-person, half-day event on Wednesday, March 6 from 11:45 a.m. – 6:45 p.m. ET at the AT&T Forum, 601 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC.
