Kelsey LaVigne just concluded a three part series on "Attracting, Selecting, and Retaining Talent that is All In" for the New York City Charter School Center. Seeing so many schools explore and apply the framework from "All In" in true collaboration, despite navigating the same local "market" for talent, was inspiring. Yesterday's seminar on Attracting, Selecting, and Retaining "All In" Talent was a remarkable experience. Engaging in insightful discussions about everyone's input and shared struggles, exchanging ideas, and offering feedback was truly amazing. Witnessing diverse charter schools from various NYC boroughs with a shared goal but distinct approaches was simply awesome.
