Last week, the National Hockey League (NHL) and the NHL Players Association held their annual Player Orientation Program (POP) in Washington, DC. The program targets players early in their careers, aiming to enhance their life skills, both generally and as they relate to life in the NHL. It covers a range of topics, including finance, personal branding, and sensitivity training. For the seventh consecutive year, we sent Brian Kelly, CFP®, one of our Financial Coaches to educate new players on maximizing their financial opportunities. It was an incredible event!
