The Florida Concrete & Products Association's Region 5 producer members invited Denise Carlin, candidate for Lee County Public Schools Superintendent, to talk about her plans for student success if elected to the position. Dr. Carlin is a strong advocate for supporting technical education training within the public school system. Over the past 4 years the FC&PA Region 5 has raised and donated over $100,000 that directly impacts apprenticeship and trades training in Lee County. Their advocacy for stronger building codes and better building materials along with supporting proven leadership in our trades education programs is how we lift up the next generation of trades craft professionals.
