    This week, we bid farewell to Kylie, our incredible summer intern, and what an exciting summer it’s been at Food Seen! 💚 We believe in providing our interns with a truly immersive experience of what it's like to work in a boutique, fast-paced marketing agency. From personalized 1:1 mentorship sessions to engaging all-hands discussions, shadowing opportunities, and hands-on assignments, we craft internships that are as dynamic and diverse as our clients. No two internships at Food Seen are alike because we tailor each experience to align with the intern’s unique interests while embracing the ever-evolving nature of our work. This summer, Kylie dove headfirst into the world of content marketing, gaining firsthand experience in campaign brainstorming, content calendar planning, content creation, copywriting, and posting. But that’s not all—she also explored the realms of account management, shadowed strategy calls, attended digital ad meetings, and contributed to public relations initiatives. Sounds a lot more exciting than endless coffee runs, right? 😉 We're so proud of everything Kylie accomplished this summer and will miss working with her!     Say hello to our newest client, Mandolin! 🌱🍽️ Nestled in the heart of Raleigh, Mandolin blends modern American cuisine with a true farm-to-table experience, using ingredients sourced directly from their own Mandolin Farm. We've had the pleasure of working with Chef Sean Fowler before, when Felicia Perry Trujillo captured his culinary work in a past photoshoot. To return to Mandolin and provide social media management, public relations and content creation feels like a full-circle moment for us. 👏 Cheers to new beginnings and even more mouthwatering plates ahead! 🥂

    Our summer intern, Kylie Williams, wrapped up her time at Food Seen this week. 🎉 Here’s what she had to say about her experience: “My internship with Food Seen has been nothing short of incredible. During this summer, I have been able to grasp an understanding of different roles in a boutique marketing agency, while contributing to their continued success. I have developed skills in areas of social media marketing, account management, public relations, content development, digital advertising, email marketing, and more. This hands-on experience has given me the opportunity to step into the role of a marketer and tackle real-world challenges, while gaining knowledge from talented social visionaries along the way. Thank you Food Seen for a memorable summer!” From brainstorming content to helping build new internal systems, Kylie’s dedication and fresh perspective have made a significant impact on our projects.     Our roots are deeply embedded in hospitality and restaurant marketing. In early 2014, we identified an opportunity to amplify restaurant offerings, showcase chef talents, and promote special events through high-quality photography and creative copy on emerging platforms, like Instagram (when it first kicked off! 😉). Over the years, our marketing approach has evolved significantly to embrace new platforms initiatives, media placements, and digital ads. These avenues not only boost brand awareness but also increase brand awareness and tackle a perennial challenge in the hospitality space: filling seats.
