Thank you, Waldorf University, for hosting Jasmine C. Williams to share her program, "That's a Wrap: How to Press Pause on Your Mental Playlist." We are honored to serve you! _____________________________________________ Many of us can’t wait to find out what music we listened to the most each year. How many hours did we spend listening to our favorite arist or a certain song? But what if you could download a recap of the “playlist” that you hear more than any other? Jasmine wishes she could see a Spotify Wrapped list of the things she thinks about the most. Even she knows what it’s like to have negative thoughts stuck on repeat. It’s no surprise that the 6,000+ thoughts we have on a daily basis have a significant impact on our mental health. That impact can be positive or negative – depending on what thoughts you have on repeat. In this dynamic new program, Jasmine gives audiences a glimpse into some of the negative thoughts that used to play on a loop in the back of her mind. And now, she’s sharing the tools that helped her finally hit pause. This program is designed to help you unpack the thoughts and mindset that often become second nature. We learn how to press pause. Audience members will learn… * Identify their daily thought patterns * Outline ways to disrupt recurring negative thoughts * Apply strategies to introduce a more positive mindset

The Hazing Prevention Network (HPN) believes it is important to acknowledge and celebrate those who take a stand against hazing and actively work toward preventing it. To recognize such individuals, HPN established the Hank Nuwer Anti-Hazing Hero Award. This award is given to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional courage and leadership by standing up against hazing in their organizations and on their campuses. These heroes have played a crucial role in raising awareness about the negative consequences of hazing and have helped educate others about the dangers associated with this harmful practice. We couldn't be more honored to have Mindy Sopher on our team. Her hard work and effort towards hazing prevention are inspirational and make us all better. Congratulations, Mindy, on this well-earned recognition!

Does it seem like folks don’t really care anymore? Common decency is lacking, attendance is low, and even leadership positions are going unfilled. There must be a way of re-energizing our members and ourselves to have more passion and empathy. There is. And it starts with CARE. Casey J. Cornelius has been a leading voice with topics moving the needle on college campuses and in large organizations for years. He now turns his attention to one of the most-pressing concerns of our day: enthusiasm fatigue. Casey wants to help individuals and groups recapture the love of membership, friendship, and service by blending a message of mindset and strategy. The art of caring, he says, is extraordinary and help cure many of the challenges facing campuses and communities. In our complicated, challenging world, what we need is care. And we need it now! Audience members will learn… * Explore the core concepts of CARE (concern, awareness, respect, and empathy) * Consider the collective lived experiences leading to enthusiasm fatigue * Foster a renewed passion for the power of relationships * Develop a powerful mantra to sustain CARE beyond today Thank you, Randolph-Macon College, for hosting Casey J. Cornelius today to speak to your new members and share his keynote “The Extraordinary Art of Caring”!

Danny Lee Clark’s keynote, “…But Men Do: Finding Strength in Vulnerability, Embracing Openness and Real Brotherhood,” is a riveting journey through the highs and lows of a life lived in the spotlight, from the gridiron fields of the NFL to the dazzling set of American Gladiators and beyond. Dan begins with a captivating look back at his role in shaping the cultural phenomenon of the ’90s, leading into the heart of his message: the transformative power of authenticity and vulnerability. Through personal anecdotes, including his time in college (including Greek life), his brush with stardom, and his battles with personal demons, Dan dismantles the myths of traditional masculinity. He opens up about the pivotal moments that defined him, including the tragic loss of his brother and the personal epiphanies that followed. By sharing these moments, Dan invites the audience to reflect on their own beliefs about masculinity, strength, and vulnerability. This program is not just a talk; it’s an interactive experience that encourages participants to question, reconsider, and ultimately, understand that true strength lies in the ability to be vulnerable and authentic. Dan tackles tough topics with humor, warmth, and an unflinching honesty that resonates with audiences across the spectrum. Dan’s message culminates in a powerful call to action: to move beyond outdated notions of masculinity and embrace a life marked by authenticity, emotional intelligence, and the courage to be truly oneself. It’s an invitation to be part of a conversation that could change the way we see ourselves and each other. Thank you, Iowa State University IFC, for hosting Dan "Nitro" Clark today to speak to your new members!
