It’s been 4 weeks since I joined Formstack, and I still can’t get over my onboarding experience. Here's a peek into my first 7 days: 1. Diving deep with 1:1s Kicked things off with meetings with colleagues around the company. These chats were gold - thank you for helping me set these up Ash McCauley! Gave me a real feel for our team's strengths and got me up to speed. 2. Soaking up learning material Got my hands on our recent sales training materials. Our new sales leader, Emma Galler, just ran an awesome two-day workshop on the SPICED methodology. Loved seeing the practical examples and role-playing exercises. 3. Understanding our product Our suite is amazing, running on no-code/low-code. And our product team is on fire - they've shipped 86 new features against a target of 60. We're revamping our architecture, boosting security, and leveraging AI. We're gearing up for a big enterprise push, and I can already see we've got the right stuff. 4. Feeling the energy The vibe here is electric. Everyone I've met is eager to grow and push boundaries. We're not just taking orders - we're actively looking for ways to create more value for our clients. P.S: My laptop came one day late, and despite that hiccup, IT helped me do what I could remotely. After just a couple of weeks, I'm thrilled about where we're headed. We've got a solid foundation, a talented team, and a clear vision for growth. Can't wait to see what the next 90 days will look like!
